The Cell Culture Laboratory is a fully equipped, sterile research unit designed to investigate the cellular and molecular foundations of nervous system disorders using in vitro models. Utilizing neuronal and glial cell lines as well as primary cultures and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) models, the laboratory conducts high-resolution studies on mechanisms of neurodegeneration, neuroinflammation, and synaptic plasticity. The infrastructure is supported by advanced incubation systems, biosafety cabinets, and live-cell imaging technologies to monitor cell lifecycles and their responses to external stimuli. Working in integration with molecular analysis units, this laboratory provides a fundamental experimental platform for mapping cell signaling pathways and screening next-generation therapeutic compounds.
