In the Brain Imaging Laboratory, we conduct studies in the field of cognitive neuroscience using fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) with our interdisciplinary team. Our main research areas focus on the perception of number and time. To understand the neural mechanisms underlying these perceptions, we use standard activation maps as well as structural and functional connectivity methods (resting state functional connectivity, DTG-Diffusion Tensor Imaging, DNM-Dynamic Casual Modeling). We are also working with collaborating teams of engineers to improve connectivity methods.
