Preparation Instructions

Title and Logos
The poster must include:

    •    Author names
    •    Institutional affiliations

For multi-center studies, affiliations should be indicated numerically after each author’s name. The first author’s institution should be listed as Institution No. 1.

Title formatting recommendations:
    •    Author names should be placed below the title, and institutional affiliations below the author names.
    •    The title font should be larger than the body text.
    •    Titles, section headings (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, Discussion, References), author names, and institutions should be in bold.
    •    Author and institution font sizes should be smaller than the title font.
    •    Institutional logos may be placed on one or both sides of the title.

Poster Sections

Text sections of the poster should include:
    •    Introduction
    •    Materials and Methods
    •    Results
    •    Conclusion
    •    Discussion
    •    References

Tables and figures are highly recommended and should be featured prominently.

General Content Guidelines
    •    Long paragraphs should be avoided.
    •    Each section should ideally contain 100–150 words.
    •    Text should be written in Arial font, size 28–48 pt; avoid using text smaller than 24 pt to ensure readability.
    •    Avoid long, complex sentences.

Section suggestions:
    •    Introduction: Brief background and study objective.
    •    Materials and Methods: Provide key details on sample, setting, duration, variables, inclusion criteria, intervention (if any), measurement methods, and statistical analysis.
    •    Results: Present main findings that answer the research question. Use tables, figures, images, and graphs where appropriate. Visuals should be clear, well-designed, and attention-grabbing.
    •    Conclusion & Discussion: Summarize the main findings in relation to the objective, compare with literature, and note study limitations.
    •    References: List only primary and essential sources.

Tables and Figures

Visual elements are encouraged over long text blocks, as they enhance clarity and aesthetic quality.

Guidelines:
    •    Table text and numeric values must be easily readable.
    •    Images must be at least 960 pixels or higher resolution.
    •    Visuals should be used at 100% size; avoid enlarging beyond original dimensions to prevent pixelation.
