Dr. Merve Sevgi İnce Güzel, under the leadership of Dr. Hayrunnisa Bolay and Dr. Meltem Bahçelioğlu, was awarded in the 2024 Trainee Highlights by Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain, a publication of the American Headache Society, for her studies conducted at the Neuroscience and Neurotechnology Center of Excellence (NÖROM). Her article, titled "Virtual Dynamic Interaction Games Reveal Impaired Multisensory Integration in Women with Migraine" revealed that multisensory integration processes in women migraine patients differ from those of healthy women. This award, given to young researchers, is presented every three months to researchers with the most remarkable studies featured in the journal.
