Within the scope of TÜBİTAK “1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program”, 3 projects from our University were entitled to be supported in the 2nd semester of 2024. In this context, Faculty of Pharmacy Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Burcu Çalışkan's “Studies on the Development of New Soluble Epoxide Hydrolase (Seh) Inhibitors and Evaluation of In Vivo Activities”, Faculty of Medicine Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hacı Hulusi Kafalıgönül's “Multisensory Processes and Temporal Dynamics of Perception in Schizophrenia” and Faculty of Engineering Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Özkan Murat Doğan's “Improvement of Reaction Rate Expression in Absorption of Carbon Dioxide in Post-Combustion Systems with Amino Acid-Amino Acid Salt Mixture Solutions, Mass Transfer Studies and Absorption Applications in Baffle Type Structured Filled Column” were supported.
In addition to these, Vocational School of Health Services Faculty Member Assoc Prof Dr Nazan Turan's project “Development of National Disaster Nursing Earthquake Preparedness Plan within the Framework of Psychological First Aid Experiences of Nurses Caring for Adults Experiencing Earthquakes” and Faculty of Applied Sciences Faculty Member Prof Dr Yashar Azizian Kalandaragh's project “Development of a New Generation Mirau Interference Microscope with Dynamic Resolution Control with Adjustable Arrayed Micromercules Designed and Produced” were decided to be supported by TUBITAK, provided that the deficiencies specified in the scientific evaluation report are eliminated.
