Jordanian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Azmi Mahafzah, and his delegation visited NÖROM. The Jordanian delegation inspected NÖROM, which operates in collaboration with Gazi University, Ankara University, and Middle East Technical University, and facilitates multidisciplinary brain research by researchers in the fields of health, engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, education, basic sciences, and social sciences. The visiting delegation toured NÖROM, directed by Prof. Dr. Hayrunnisa Bolay Belen, and was briefed on the ongoing research by NÖROM Vice Director Prof. Dr. Meltem Bahcelioglu. Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Serhat Karyeyen, who is also Chairman of the NÖROM Board of Directors, was also present during the visit.
